It is situated in glorious and serenely peaceful countryside between the market town of Liskeard and fishing port of Looe. Trussel Barn is a converted early 20th century stone barn set in eight acres of land titled as being in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Views include rolling hilltops and valleys and has its own wild-life pond at the foot of the property, behind which meanders the East Looe river.
Visitors are welcome to stroll in the gardens and orchard, take the path down to the wildlife pond, or just sit on the sun terrace and relax. Trussel Barn is spacious and has much character and charm. The main rooms have large oak beams and there is a wood burning stove to cheer you on cold evenings in the drawing room. All the bedrooms have their own individual style combining both contemporary and old with comfort in mind. We provide an ideal escape for either a short break or longer. Although 2008 is only our second season some of our visitors are returning already!
